Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between EarlyBird (“Company”) and users (“Members”) in relation to the use of the mobile application and related services (“Services”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Member” refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms, creates an account, and uses the Services.
2. “Content” refers to any text, images, video, audio, and all other information or materials provided by the Company.
3. “Paid Services” refer to the subscription-based services offered through the EarlyBird app for a fee.
4. “Subscription” means a recurring payment system allowing continued access to Paid Services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect once a Member registers for the Services.
2. The Company may revise these Terms when necessary, and revised Terms will be posted on the app or website.
3. If the Member does not object within 7 days of notice, the revised Terms are deemed accepted.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. The Company provides Members with the EarlyBird mobile app and related features including self-regulation support, habit coaching tools, and timer-based lock functionalities.
2. The Company may modify all or part of the Services for performance, improvement, or operational reasons, with prior or post notice as needed.
